All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds after purchase. Custom boards are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Zenit Warranty

All Zenit boards are warranted against manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from the delivery date. Manufacturing defects can sometimes cause delamination or warping over time that could damage the board's properties.

Delamination is when wood that has been glued (laminated) starts to separate. Delamination must be at least one inch (2.5 cm) long to be covered by the warranty.

Warping is when the wood, over time, bends in certain directions and the board ends up crooked.

What is NOT considered a manufacturing defect

  1. Delamination from impact, such as nose, tail and rail impacts.
  2. Improper foot placement when landing aerial tricks (for example, feet on both sides of one truck, which puts a huge load on a single point and causes impact-based breakage).
  3. Improper use of the board (any use other than skateboarding/longboarding).
  4. Scratches and chips.
  5. Prolonged use in water.
  6. Boards that have been in contact with the underside of a vehicle or run over by a car.
  7. Delamination caused by exposure to intense heat (the board must not be exposed to temperatures above 113 °F / 45 °C — a common cause is leaving the board in a closed car).
  8. Rider weight exceeding the suggested limit for the model.

Warranty claims

If you believe your Zenit board is defective, email customer@zenitboards.com with your order number, a brief explanation of what happened and clear photographs of the damaged area. If we determine that the product may be defective, we will ask you to send it, freight prepaid, to our workshop:

We will inspect the board and let you know our conclusion. If the board is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same model or any other Zenit board of equal value.
